4th semester students of Hotel and Restaurant – Universitas Mataram have done the fruit carving practice.
Fruit carving, or the art of fruit carving, is a very common technique in Europe and Asian countries, and is especially popular in Thailand, China, and Japan. There are many fruits that can be used in this process; the most popular ones used by artists are watermelon, apple, pineapple, and melon.
And today, April 2, 2024, 4th semester students of Hotel & Restaurant concentration have done the Carving Fruit Practice of the course.
